Midwest Infrastructure Coatings LLC is a Missouri-based family owned small business, servicing a five-state region in the Midwest — Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Northeast Texas. We are a proud certified installer of the OBIC lining system, the highest quality protective coating and lining system designed for long-life corrosion and infiltration resistance on the market today.
America's infrastructure is aging and failing — especially its underground infrastructure. Ground water infiltration and corrosion are just a few of the major problems municipalities and sewer districts face daily. We deliver the trenchless solution by rehabilitating underground infrastructure, rather than the costly replacement method.

Problem solving and leading the next generation to be men who are proud of a hard day's work. Bryon wanted to create a company of integrity and family. He enjoys teaching his crews how to handle adversity and watching them grow in their profession. He has been married for 36 years, is a proud father of 4 children, and has three grandchildren.

Co-owner of Midwest Infrastructure Coatings and sole owner of Raising Solutions LLC, bringing over 15 years of experience in trenchless technology and underground infrastructure repair. Known for deep technological expertise and hands-on leadership delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. A proud father of three — Brace, Beck and Bowie — and an avid outdoorsman.
Director of Business Development
Started as Regional Director for Missouri and Kansas, overseeing all sales and projects in those states. Previously a wastewater technician with MRWA and on the City of Marshfield collection system maintenance crew with a class A wastewater treatment operator license. Promoted to Director of Business Development in March 2025 to lead the MIC sales team across all territories.
Operations Director
Regional Director for Arkansas sales and Operations Manager — schedules every project and makes sure no job falls through the cracks. A former Lindenwood University football player with a bachelor's degree. Believes in earning his place through communication, great quality products, and top-tier customer service.
Regional Director, OK / NE TX
19 years in the water and wastewater municipal market, with nearly a decade at Raven Lining Systems as West Coast Regional Sales Manager. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Construction Management and a proud Desert Storm Veteran, James now leads sales and customer service across Oklahoma and North Texas.
Regional Director, Kansas
Nearly two decades of leadership experience in public utilities, including Public Utilities Director for the City of El Dorado, Kansas (2007–2025). Past President of the Kansas Water Environment Association and on the Board of Trustees for the Kansas Section of AWWA. Holds KDHE Class IV certifications in water treatment, wastewater treatment, and collection systems.
Project Manager
Keeps crews and projects on schedule with efficiency and product quality. Started 4 years ago as a prep guy, moved up to crew lead, and now Project Manager. His construction background helps him adapt quickly, find solutions, and teach new crew members how we do quality work.

Project Manager overseeing all field work and helping crews with troubleshooting, application questions, and material ordering and delivery — the team's Swiss army knife. 5 years with the company, working his way up from prep guy to applicator to crew lead to PM.
